Natural value inventories of 313 hectares of land have now been carried out for the CLImB collaborative project, which thus moves on to the analysis phase. Data from these inventories, as well as from previous inventories conducted by Ecogain, will now be used for evaluation and calibration of the methods.

At the beginning of the summer, Boliden, Cementa, LKAB, SCA, Skellefteå Kraft, Specialfastigheter, Svenska Kraftnät, Vattenfall and Ecogain joined forces in a joint initiative with the aim of developing a standardized method for measuring biodiversity during land use change on land. Now, in the first phase of the extensive project, they are working intensively to identify the needs of companies and stakeholders for a standardized tool.
