GENERAL CONDITIONS for Ecogain training courses

Fee and payment conditions

Registration for our digital trainings and events is done via the ecogain.se website or our partners (e.g. Ungapped) and is binding. 

Invoicing is done before the start of the course, with a 30-day payment term.

In case of cancellation more than two weeks before the start of the course, we offer rescheduling to another course or a full refund of the course fee. In case of cancellation less than two weeks before the start of the course, or absence due to, for example, illness, there is no rescheduling or refund.

For face-to-face courses, cancellations must be made at least 30 days before the start of the course.

You can always send someone else in your place if you are ill or unable to attend.

Property rights

The training material is intended for paying participants only. The content and images may not be copied, shared or distributed to others without the express consent of Ecogain.

Number of participants and subject to change

Our online courses have a limited number of seats. If a course or lecture is fully booked, you will be put on a waiting list and may be offered a place if you cancel.

If Ecogain has to cancel the course for any reason, the full course fee will be refunded.

Such a reason could be if the number of participants is too small or if the trainer becomes ill or unable to deliver the course. We also reserve the right to replace the trainer with another equivalent expert if the regular trainer is unable to deliver the course.

Any costs incurred by participants as a result of canceled, modified or rescheduled courses will not be reimbursed.

Ecogain also reserves the right to make changes due to strikes, government decisions, time changes or printing errors in written documents or on our website.

Photography and filming

Sometimes we may film or photograph parts of our courses and events, and these images may be used in our external marketing of Ecogain and our services. When you as a participant accept our general terms and conditions, you are also considered to accept that we take pictures and record videos and that these can be used. 

In specific cases we can avoid photography and recording of participants, please contact us before the start of the course.
