Kaj Svahn

Kaj is a consultant with specialist expertise in birds, butterflies, species protection issues and national interest investigations. Thanks to his solid knowledge and experience, Kaj delivers well-founded assessments and decision-making documents that reduce risks in clients' projects.

Kaj is just as comfortable in the field as behind the desk. He has extensive experience of bird inventory in wind power cases from all over the country, and with skill he carries out bird and species protection studies and GIS studies and produces documentation for environmental impact assessments (EIA).

Kaj trained as a landscape scientist at Kristianstad University. He is a genuine species nerd who likes to immerse himself in determining the species of small brown butterflies or spends his lunch break crossing ruderal plants in the office block.

Kaj is based in Malmö.
